Job Summary
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries mostly over the phone, email or chat.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software..
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Excellent Time management skills and punctuality
- Great customer service skills
- Requires knowledge of the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system, Mac OS a strong plus.
