- Provide basic end user support remotely, including MFA setup, password resets, Office 365 application troubleshooting.
- Provide basic hardware support remotely, including troubleshooting printer / headset / and other peripheral devices.
- Perform recurring maintenance on network equipment and servers.
- Perform recurring maintenance for accounts with BCDR services.
- Accurately update and improve documentation within Asset Management platform and PSA.
- Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level when remote tools are not appropriate, including hardware repairs, delivery of peripherals, or other fixes as determined.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components throughout various network infrastructure devices.
- Install antivirus software and ensure virus definitions are up to date.
- Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues.
- Ensuring company safety and security standards are met.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Must be detailed oriented and have a willingness to continuously learn.
- Ability to solve problems without specific instructional guidance.
- Ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
- Ability to work efficiently, organized, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team-members.
- Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac OS.
- Experience with server operating systems including Server 2008, Server 2012, Server 2016 is a plus.
- Active Directory knowledge a plus
- NinjaOne RMM and Autotask PSA Experience a plus
- Valid Driver License, reliable vehicle, and the ability to drive to customer locations when required.
- Ability to lift / move up to 50 pounds.
