Summary:
 
The Sales Representative is a key position on the TeamLogic IT team and supports our corporate objective of growing market penetration and customers. The Sales Representative will generate revenue by calling into small and mid-size companies, generating leads and meetings that you will attend and manage to close.  In addition, this individual will assist in marketing efforts for the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth into technology sales.  Job pays a competitive compensation and a commission structure with no cap on sales closed. This position will be based at our Ankeny, Iowa office.
 
Technology Sales experience; managed IT services, O365/GSuite, cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS, etc...is highly valued for this position. In addition, having a large, local network of business professionals to interface with is also desired.
 
Responsibilities:
 
•       Prospect new sales opportunities with small and medium businesses applying lead generation sales methodologies.
•       Meet or exceed revenue quotas. 
•       Promptly follow up with and qualify marketing-generated inquiries for our services.
•       Research and gather information about target SMB’s and develop prospecting lists.
•       Document all activities and interactions in CRM tool.
•       Efficiently manage prospect and sales pipeline to produce the maximum amount of results.
•       Support our direct or indirect channel sales efforts as needed or requested.
•       Conduct web research and navigate organizations to uncover appropriate contacts.
 
Knowledge, Skills, & Requirements:
 
•       Must have previous sales B2B experience. Small business sector a plus.
•       Proven track record of quota attainment.
•       Strong ability to reach prospects creatively, identify decision makers, handle objections positively and professionally.
•       Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack.
•       Qualify and attend sales appointments.
•       Maintain CRM data, ability to share best practices, continually improve processes and provide clear and consistent reporting to management.
•       Proactively manage your schedule and pipeline in order to meet milestones and objectives.
•       Field inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential.
•       Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment.
•       Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and business acumen.
•       Powerful written and verbal communication skills.
•       Demonstrated ability to deliver above-expectation results in driving pipeline growth.
•       Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
•       Creative tactics to reach the executive management.
•       Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
