- Act as a client consultant, supporting technology strategy, security, and investment planning.
- Provide courteous, timely support via phone, portal, and email.
- Provision and configure systems for new hires.
- Prioritize and resolve incidents per SLA processes.
- Use remote tools/diagnostics; perform hands-on fixes when required.
- Install/configure hardware and software across desktops, servers, and networks.
- Manage antivirus tools, including remediation of vulnerabilities.
- Administer servers via Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print.
- Perform preventative maintenance and automation deployment via RMM.
- Establish strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Travel locally to client sites as needed.
- Uphold company safety and security standards.
- 3–5 years of system administration and end-user support/consulting.
- Prior Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience preferred.
- Microsoft 365 administration (Entra & Intune a plus).
- Experience with Windows desktop/server OS (7, 10, 2008–2016) and macOS.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to serve clients in West Michigan.
- Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and follow-through.
- Active Directory and networking knowledge.
- NinjaOne RMM and Autotask PSA (or equivalent).
- Microsoft, CompTIA A+, or Network+ certifications.
