Compensation: $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses (OTE $80,000+)
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Manage the full sales cycle: discovery → proposal → closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Follow proven sales processes while bringing your own energy and ideas.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proven success in B2B sales (IT sales or technology solutions a plus).
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a base + commission structure with no cap on earnings.
- Organized and disciplined with pipeline management.
- $40,000 base salary + commission on every deal.
