- Coordinate scheduling of onsite and remote support
- Monitor ticket progress and escalate when needed
- Ensure accurate documentation in our systems (Autotask, ITGlue, RMM)
- Track service metrics like SLA compliance, ticket quality, and resolution times
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to keep issues moving forward
- Experience in IT service coordination or help desk operations (MSP experience a plus)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Must have a Service-Oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with PSA tools (Autotask), documentation systems, and RMM platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- ITIL certification a bonus
