Based in our Jacksonville office, you'll partner with our Sales Director, General Manager, and Project Sales leads to grow our managed services footprint.

This is not a high-volume cold-call role. We sell on relationship, credibility, and technical excellence. Our Gainesville office has held a 5-star reputation for years. Your job is to extend that into Jacksonville.

•    Conduct executive walk-ins and warm follow-ups across the Jacksonville, Gainesville, and Ocala markets

•    Partner with our technical leadership on discovery meetings and learn our consultative sales motion

•    Build and manage a pipeline of 50 to 150 active accounts across all five service areas

•    Document activity, accounts, and deals in our CRM (HubSpot going live July 2026)

•    Become the trusted first voice prospects hear when they engage with TeamLogic IT

What We're Looking For

•    1 to 3 years of B2B sales or SDR experience (SaaS, IT services, telecom, or business services preferred)

•    Strong phone presence and natural conversation skills on calls, video, and in person

•    Curious, coachable, and professional. You ask better questions than most

•    Self-motivated. You don't need to be micromanaged to hit your numbers

•    Comfortable with modern sales tools: CRM, prospecting platforms, LinkedIn, VoIP

Bonus Points

•    MSP, IT services, or technology industry exposure

•    HubSpot Academy certifications

•    Experience at an early-stage or high-growth sales team

What You'll Get

•    Base salary: $50,000 to $65,000 (commensurate with experience)

•    Variable compensation: $15,000 to $25,000 OTE tied to meetings, opportunities, and closed deals

•    Total OTE: $70,000 to $85,000 with no cap on commission upside

•    $300/month health insurance reimbursement toward your own individual coverage

•    Paid time off and paid holidays

•    Performance bonuses

•    Flexible schedule and hybrid work (3 days in Jacksonville office, 2 remote after onboarding)

•    Modern sales tech stack: Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, VoIP, dual monitors

•    Direct mentorship from a Sales Director and our top closer / technical SME

•    Clear path to Account Executive promotion based on performance
