  • We are a Managed Service Provider building a team in the Dallas area to provide comprehensive IT services to small and medium-size businesses. In this role, you will be a Senior IT Technician responsible for managing our clients' IT environments.

You have:

  • Ten or more years of firsthand experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, firewalls, servers and workstations, implementing policies and controls, DNS administration, migrating environments to the cloud, Microsoft 365 administration and working with Active Directory.
  • Good project management skills to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Comfort in working with clients to troubleshoot and resolve current and historic issues regarding their business and technology.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Desire to create an experience that customers will love.
  • Experience working at a Managed Services Provider (MSP) – this would be a HUGE PLUS!
  • Proven experience with PowerShell
  • RMM (remote monitoring and management) software such as Kaseya or ConnectWise
  • PSA for ticketing and project management such as AutoTask or Zoho.
  • Experience setting up firewalls and VPNs such as SonicWall, Meraki, FortiGate and Sophos
  • Ability to problem solve at a high level, extraordinary customer service skills, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • One or more relevant certifications:
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or similar certs

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
