TeamLogic IT of Northeastern Massachusetts is seeking a Field Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support a variety of small and midsize businesses across the Greater Boston area, helping them maintain secure, reliable, and productive IT environments.

Who We Are?

We are an IT Managed Services Provider located in Woburn, MA focused on providing support for small to midsized businesses looking to outsource their IT functions.  Relationship flexibility enables work arrangements that accommodate different levels of service.  Whether it be fully outsourced IT, supplemental IT, or project-based assistance.
  
 We are a family-owned member of a franchisee network of 350 TeamLogic IT locations nationwide.  The strength of our network has placed us at #65 on the MSPmentor.net Top 501 Managed Service Providers.
  
 Our primary geographical support area spans from Boston and its surrounding communities to the New Hampshire border. 

What You’ll Do

  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for business clients
  • Deploy, configure, and support Windows workstations and servers
  • Deploy, configure and support MacOS devices
  • Support of mobile devices and tablets
  • Support various line of business applications for customers
  • Support Microsoft 365 environments
  • Support Google Workspace environments
  • Configure and support Mobile Device Management platforms
  • Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment including firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and VPNs from various manufacturers
  • Assist with infrastructure projects, upgrades, and migrations
  • Monitor and maintain client systems using industry-leading management tools
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and technical expertise
Required Experience

  • 3+ years of professional IT experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless networking
  • Experience with Hyper-V, VMware, or other virtualization technologies is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills and Experience

  • MSP experience
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Cisco certifications
  • CompTIA certifications
  • Experience with RMM platforms such as NinjaOne, ConnectWise, Datto, or Kaseya
  • Experience with MDM platforms such as Intune, NinjaMDM, JumpCloud, JAMF, and Addigy.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
