Position Summary
We seek a Senior Technical Consultant to join our technical leadership team, managing complex client environments and providing strategic technology guidance. This role requires immediate technical competency across hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructures, with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Infrastructure Management
· Design, implement, and maintain complex hybrid IT environments (50% cloud, 50% on-premises)
· Manage Microsoft 365 ecosystems including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
· Oversee VMware vSphere environments and virtual infrastructure optimization
· Architect and maintain enterprise networking solutions including routing, switching, and security
· Implement and manage Azure and AWS cloud services and integrations
· Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and security
Client Relationship Management
· Serve as technical lead for enterprise clients
· Lead technical project implementations from design through deployment
· Conduct regular technology reviews and present recommendations to C-level executives
· Manage client escalations and complex technical issues
Operational Excellence
· Document technical architectures and maintain comprehensive client environment records
· Mentor and develop technical team members
· Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical client issues
· Ensure compliance with client security policies and industry best practices
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives across client environments
Required Qualifications
Technical Certifications (Minimum)
· Microsoft Azure certifications (Azure Administrator Associate or higher)
· AWS certifications (Solutions Architect Associate or higher)
· VMware certifications (VCP or higher)
· Cisco networking certifications (CCNP or equivalent)
Core Technical Competencies
· Microsoft 365 & Entra ID: Expert-level administration and architecture
· Virtualization: VMware vSphere design, implementation, and troubleshooting
· Cloud Platforms: Azure and AWS infrastructure services, hybrid connectivity
· Enterprise Networking: Routing protocols, VLANs, firewalls, SD-WAN
Experience Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience
· Proven track record managing complex, multi-vendor technology environments
· Experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning
· Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and zero-trust architectures
Preferred Qualifications
· Prior Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience
· Additional certifications in security (CISSP, CISM) or project management (PMP)
· Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code
· Knowledge of ITIL service management frameworks
Salary Range
$85,000 - $105,000 Annually
