You’ll own 5 key outcomes:
1. Drive client satisfaction and retention. Develop strong, consultative relationships that result in a Net Promoter Score of 70+. Conduct regular strategic reviews and check-ins that deepen trust and show value.

2. Keep accounts profitable and aligned. Monitor client profitability and contract health, ensuring accounts stay within margin while delivering real business outcomes.

3. Guide IT strategy and project execution. Use a consultative approach to align client goals with our IT roadmap. Scope, price, and present projects that support business growth, cybersecurity maturity, and operational efficiency.

4. Educate, protect, and empower clients. Demystify IT. Help clients understand the "why" behind their tech stack. Promote cybersecurity awareness, industry alignment, and practical innovation.

5. Stay sharp and keep us secure. Continuously build your expertise in technology, cybersecurity, compliance, and emerging tools. Ensure TeamLogic IT—and by extension, our clients—remain protected and resilient by managing access, data, and infrastructure with vigilance.


Core Responsibilities
Account Management

·         Build long-term client relationships through regular business reviews and check-ins.
·         Understand their goals, align IT strategy, present impactful projects, and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline.
·         Review service performance reports and coordinate resolution for service-related issues.
·         Maintain detailed client roadmaps and assist in renewals.

Project Oversight

·         Lead client onboarding and project delivery efforts.
·         Develop project scopes based on IT roadmaps, communicate milestones clearly, and support internal process consistency.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

·         Educate clients on cybersecurity risks and promote best practices.
·         Participate in internal security and compliance training.
·         Support clients in aligning with regulatory and industry-specific requirements.


Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in account management, IT project management, or MSP client onboarding.
·         Strong technical understanding of IT systems and business acumen for solution alignment.
·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
·         Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
·         Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management best practices is a plus.

TeamLogic IT is looking for an experienced, people-first Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team. As the trusted advisor for a portfolio of managed service clients, you’ll help business leaders navigate the complex IT landscape—making smart decisions about strategy, security, and solutions. Your focus won’t just be on satisfaction—it’ll be on making our clients feel confident, protected, and supported in everything they do.

In this role, you’ll blend client relationship management, IT strategy consulting, and light project oversight. You’ll work closely with internal teams to scope solutions, resolve issues, and stay ahead of client needs. You'll also serve as a steward of security and operational integrity—ensuring both our organization and our clients remain protected from risk while leveraging the best of what modern IT has to offer.

Work Environment
This role is primarily office-based with flexibility to travel locally as needed. Clients are located throughout Wisconsin, primarily in Southeastern Wisconsin. The role involves typical desk work, collaboration with internal technical teams, and customer-facing engagement.
